WHCTOH

The 18th WCTOH will partly focus on the emergence of new nicotine and tobacco products like e-cigarettes. The tobacco industry is re-branding itself as part of the solution to the tobacco epidemic – yet it continues to aggressively market its traditional products in lower- and middle-income countries, where 80% of tobacco-caused deaths occur.

As a result of the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 18th World Conference on Tobacco or Health (WCTOH) is now postponed on 8-10 March 2022 .
