We conduct research on petinent tobacco control issues and use the findings to advocate for and support adoption and/or implementation.

We publish independent information on tobacco use and its impact for governments and decision-makers, researchers, media, concerned citizens and other interested groups.

We provide technical assistance to our members and Governments through the Ministry of Health.

We generate interest to initiate people into tobacco control, and build the capacity of tobacco control advocates through leadership programmes.

We assist our members on alliance-building and networking.

We build the capacity of media professionals and mobilise their support to advance tobacco control in the continent.
